Traditional Pork Chop with Vegetables and Sauerkraut

I am in love with my new air fryer - I have had my eyes on a few in the past few years, but they all seem to be coated with toxic Teflon or such similar “non-stick” poisonousness.

Finally, I found a stainless steel one and its FANTASTIC. I can’t stop using it, now my cooking dreams are complete - alongside my Thermie , my slow cooker ( while is an old school Breville one with the crockery insert) and my pressure cooker - what else does a Foodie really need ( other than a set of super sharp knives of course!)

I cook very simply, all organic if possible and from all colours of the rainbow.

This meal was super simple - the pork chop ( sourced from a local farm) I seasoned with fresh garlic, Celtic salt and ground pepper

The sauerkraut is Ceres Organics, which I fried in butter ( organic) and organic caraway seeds

And the broccoli was simply fresh produce from my local organic store - steamed for a few minutes

Thats it - very easy, very tasty, incredibly good for you and your gut bugs!

Incidentally this is. keto meal, but anyone can enjoy - that pork chop was way too big for me, so I will recreate this meal with the remainder of that chop ( yes re-heated in my trusty new air fryer) for lunch.
